Increased hosting resources allowance & better server reliability

Firstly we have increased the storage space and monthly bandwidth transfer available to all customers on all of our web hosting packages to very generous amounts for each price-point.

Second, have made some configuration changes to address an issue where too many email server connections was sometimes causing a 500 internal server error resulting in the web servers php engine to freeze up, and consequently in dynamic websites showing blank pages for sometimes up to several minutes. Since these changes have been made the issue has stopped (although '500'  errors can be caused by many things and so will still occasionally occur).
